Case Notes
Two months after bilateral breast augmentation, you can see the result on this 50-year-old patient weighing 170 lbs. Mentor silicone gel implants, 500cc moderate plus profile, were placed submuscularly through inframammary incisions on both sides. That placement position, beneath the pectoral muscle, is often chosen for patients with existing breast tissue, as it positions the implant behind the natural tissue layer. The after photo shows the breasts sitting fuller and rounder across the chest, with the implants well-settled at the two-month mark. Incision lines are not visible at this stage of healing. Individual results vary. Shown with the patient's written consent. Save it to your Favorites ❤️ if you want to come back to it later.
