Case Notes
This is a bilateral breast augmentation case for a 39-year-old patient weighing 117 lbs. Motiva Round cohesive gel implants, 375 cc, were placed using a subfascial technique. That pocket position sits between the breast tissue and the fascia overlying the chest muscle, which keeps the implant above the muscle layer while still providing some tissue coverage over the implant. You can see in the after photo, taken at the four-month mark, that the implants have settled and the breast contour appears full across the upper pole. Motiva implants use a cohesive gel fill that holds its shape while remaining pliable. If you favorite these photos, you can save them to discuss at your consultation.
