Case Notes
Two months out from bilateral breast augmentation, you're seeing the result for a 39-year-old patient, 155 lbs, with existing breast tissue. Mentor cohesive gel implants, 275cc Moderate Classic profile, were placed bilaterally in the subfascial plane. Cohesive gel holds its shape while still moving with the body, which makes it a practical option when there's already tissue present. The 275cc size was selected to work with this patient's frame rather than override it. At the two-month mark, initial swelling has largely resolved and the implants have begun to settle into position, which is what you're seeing in the after photo. Dr. Danielle DeLuca-Pytell MD can walk you through whether this approach fits your anatomy. Individual results vary. Shown with written patient consent.
