Mentor cohesive gel implants, 275cc Moderate Classic profile, were placed bilaterally in the subfascial plane. Cohesive gel holds its shape while still moving with the body, which makes it a practical option when there's already tissue present. The 275cc size was selected to work with this patient's frame rather than override it.
