Case Notes
Three months after surgery, you're looking at the result of a breast augmentation performed on a 29-year-old patient weighing 108 lbs. Because the two sides weren't the same size going in, the implant volumes were planned differently: a 300cc Mentor round silicone gel implant on the right and a 250cc on the left, both in a moderate plus profile. Using different sizes on each side is a common planning decision when there's a measurable difference between breasts, and it's worth seeing how that plays out in a real case like this one. The after photo shows the result at the three-month mark, when initial swelling has resolved. Shown with the patient's written consent.
