This patient is a 30-year-old woman, 120 lbs, who underwent breast augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel silicone gel implants. Round, moderate plus profile implants were selected, with sizing planned per side: 250cc on the right and 225cc on the left. Using different volumes on each side is a common planning decision when the two sides don't start at exactly the same volume. The after photo is taken at three months post-op, when initial swelling has resolved and the implants have settled into position.
