Three months after breast augmentation, you can see the result on a female patient weighing 130 lbs. Mentor round silicone gel implants in a moderate plus profile were used, with sizing planned differently for each side: 350cc on the right and 300cc on the left. That difference in volume was a deliberate part of the surgical plan, not an oversight. Using two sizes this way lets the surgeon work with a patient's existing anatomy rather than placing identical implants on both sides. The after photo shows fuller upper-pole projection compared to the before, with the chest wall filling out noticeably across both sides at the three-month mark.
