Breast Augmentation with Lift #29708

This 50-year-old patient, weighing 130 lbs, underwent three procedures in a single operative session: abdominoplasty, breast augmentation with mastopexy, and liposuction to the axillary region. For the breast portion of the plan, 325cc Mentor MemoryGel round silicone implants in a moderate plus profile were placed alongside the lift. The mastopexy repositioned the nipple-areolar complex, as you can see from the lollipop-pattern scars visible in the after photo. The abdominoplasty addressed the abdominal wall and skin, with the low horizontal scar sitting just above the bikini line in the after image. Axillary liposuction was added to address tissue in that region as part of the same surgical plan. Scars are still maturing in the after photo.
