Breast Augmentation with Lift #30017

This is a breast augmentation with extended mastopexy and scar revision case for a 40-year-old female patient, shown seven months after surgery. The plan combined a 300cc Mentor round silicone gel implant in moderate plus profile with an extended mastopexy to reposition the nipple-areola complex and reshape the breast tissue. Scar revision was included as part of the same procedure. You can see in the after photo that the nipple-areola complexes sit higher on the chest wall, the breasts have more upper-pole volume, and the mastopexy scars are still maturing at the seven-month mark, which is expected at this stage of healing.
