Five months out from a combined mastopexy and breast augmentation, you're looking at the result for a 40-year-old patient weighing 190 lbs. The plan addressed both breast position and volume in a single operation. A mastopexy repositioned the nipple-areolar complex higher on the breast mound, and 325cc Mentor silicone gel implants, moderate plus profile, were placed through inframammary incisions to add upper-pole volume. In the after photo, the nipples sit noticeably higher on the chest wall, and the lift incision lines are visible and still maturing at this stage.
