Case Notes
Five months out from a combined mastopexy and breast augmentation, you're looking at the result for a 40-year-old patient weighing 190 lbs. The plan addressed both breast position and volume in a single operation. A mastopexy repositioned the nipple-areolar complex higher on the breast mound, and 325cc Mentor silicone gel implants, moderate plus profile, were placed through inframammary incisions to add upper-pole volume. In the after photo, the nipples sit noticeably higher on the chest wall, and the lift incision lines are visible and still maturing at this stage. Scar tissue continues to settle past the five-month mark, so the final appearance will shift further over time. Shown with the patient's written consent.
