Breast Augmentation with Lift #29868

This 30-year-old patient, weighing 150 lbs, underwent breast augmentation combined with a mastopexy. Dr. Danielle DeLuca-Pytell used Mentor MemoryGel silicone gel implants in a round, moderate plus profile. Because the two sides required different volumes to help with symmetry and work with the existing tissue, the right breast received a 450cc implant and the left a 475cc implant. The mastopexy component repositioned the nipple-areolar complex, and the periareolar scarring visible in the after photo reflects that portion of the procedure.
