Breast Augmentation with Lift #29866

This is a combined breast augmentation and mastopexy case performed on a 30-year-old female patient weighing 120 lbs. The plan paired a mastopexy with 300cc Mentor MemoryGel round silicone implants at a moderate plus profile, addressing both breast volume and nipple-areola position in a single procedure. When augmentation and a lift are combined, the implant size has to account for the tissue rearrangement the mastopexy creates, so the two components are planned together rather than independently.
