Case Notes
Twenty-two months after brachioplasty, you can see how the upper arms have changed in contour and skin distribution for this patient in her fifties, weighing 170 lbs. The arm lift procedure removes excess skin along the inner upper arm, and the after photo shows the arms extending outward with noticeably less tissue bulk along that inner surface on both sides. The skin sits closer to the underlying arm contour compared to the before photo, where fuller, looser tissue is visible from the posterior view. Healing at this timeframe is well established, giving you a reliable picture of a long-term outcome. Shown with the patient's written consent. Call (248) 885-8858 or inquire here, if you'd like to talk it through.
