This is a brachioplasty case, photographed from the posterior view with both arms raised. The after photo is taken eight months post-op, and you can see how much the upper arm contour has changed when the arms are lifted in that position. The patient weighed 150 lbs at the time of surgery. Brachioplasty removes excess skin along the inner upper arm; the scar runs along that inner surface and isn't visible from this posterior angle.
