Two months after upper blepharoplasty, you can see how the upper eyelid area reads in the after photo: the skin sits cleanly above the lash line, and the crease is visible without excess tissue obscuring it. This patient was 45 years old at the time of surgery. The procedure addressed the upper eyelids only, removing excess skin through incisions placed within the natural upper lid crease, which keeps any scarring discreet once healed. That incision placement is standard for this technique and lets the scar settle into the fold. The after photo is taken at the two-month mark, when most of the post-operative swelling has resolved.
