Three months after upper blepharoplasty, you can see how the upper eyelid contour reads in the after photo: the skin above each eye sits cleanly, and the lid margin is visible without obstruction. This patient was 64 at the time of surgery. The procedure addressed the upper eyelids only, removing excess skin through incisions placed within the natural lid crease, which keeps any resulting scar discreet once healed. The before photo was taken close to the time of surgery; the after photo is at the three-month mark, when swelling has resolved and the lids have settled into their new position.
