Case Notes
Sixteen months after upper blepharoplasty, you can see how the upper eyelid contour reads in the after photo. This patient was in her sixties when Dr. Danielle DeLuca-Pytell MD performed the procedure, which addressed excess upper eyelid skin through a standard upper blepharoplasty technique. The incision is placed within the natural crease of the upper lid, keeping any resulting scar discreet once healed. In the after photo, the upper lids appear cleaner in contour, with more visible lid space compared to the before image. At 16 months out, the result is well settled. This case gives you a realistic picture of what the upper eyelid area looks like at a long-term follow-up point. Contact us for more information on the procedure.
