This is a mommy makeover case combining abdominoplasty with hernia repair and breast augmentation, performed on a 41-year-old patient weighing 133 lbs. For the breast portion, Sientra smooth round low-profile plus silicone gel implants at 255cc were placed to add volume. The abdominoplasty addressed excess abdominal skin and included repair of an underlying hernia at the same operative time, which you can see reflected in the low horizontal scar visible at two months post-op.
