The three procedures were planned as a single operative session, addressing the abdomen, flanks, and breasts together. Abdominoplasty removed excess abdominal skin and tightened the underlying muscle wall. Breast reduction reduced overall breast volume and repositioned the nipple-areola complex. Liposuction targeted the flanks on both sides.
