This is a mommy makeover case combining abdominoplasty with bilateral breast augmentation, performed on a 40-year-old woman weighing 108 lbs. The before photo shows significant skin laxity and wrinkling across the abdomen. For the breast portion, Mentor round high-profile silicone gel implants at 250cc were placed bilaterally. The abdominoplasty addressed the excess abdominal skin visible in the before image, with the after photo at three months showing a flat abdominal contour and a low horizontal scar sitting at the bikini line.
