This is a mommy makeover case combining abdominoplasty with bilateral breast augmentation, performed on a 30-year-old patient weighing 130 lbs. For the breast portion, Mentor round silicone gel implants were selected, 325cc with a high profile. The abdominoplasty addressed excess abdominal skin and tissue visible in the before photo, with the low horizontal scar seen at the five-month mark in the after image. At five months post-op, the abdominal contour is noticeably flatter and the breast volume is fuller, with both incision sites still in the early maturation phase.
