This is a panniculectomy with Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty case, shown at twelve months post-op. The patient is a 40-year-old woman weighing 150 lbs. The Fleur-de-Lis pattern combines a horizontal low abdominal incision with a vertical midline incision, which allows removal of excess skin in both directions. That approach is typically chosen when a standard horizontal incision alone wouldn't adequately address the amount of vertical skin laxity present.
