This is an abdominoplasty case performed on a 30-year-old woman weighing 140 lbs. The before photo shows significant loose, crepey abdominal skin with visible stretch marks concentrated around the navel. Abdominoplasty addresses exactly that: excess skin is removed, the underlying abdominal wall is tightened, and the navel is repositioned. Two months after surgery, you can see the abdominal skin is smooth and flat, the stretch marks below the navel have been excised with the removed tissue, and the navel sits in a new, repositioned location. The low horizontal scar, visible just above the underwear line in the after photo, is still in early healing at this two-month mark.
