Case Notes
This is an upper blepharoplasty case for a 60-year-old female patient. The procedure addressed the upper eyelids by removing excess skin through incisions placed within the natural upper eyelid crease, keeping the resulting scar discreet once healed. You're looking at the after photo at the three-month mark, when post-operative swelling has resolved and the tissues have had time to settle. The upper eyelid contour visible in the after image reflects where the incision was placed and how much tissue was removed during planning. No additional procedures were performed in this case. Individual results vary. Save it to your Favorites ❤️ if you want to come back to it later.
