Case Notes
Upper blepharoplasty performed on a 50-year-old woman, with the after photo taken at 15 months post-op. The procedure addressed the upper eyelids through excision of skin along the upper lid. In the after photo, you can see the upper lids sitting more openly, with the lid margin more visible and less skin resting along the lash line compared to the before image. The incision is placed within the natural upper lid crease, which keeps the scar discreet once healed. At 15 months out, the result shown here represents well-settled tissue. Shown with the patient's written consent. Book a consultation with Dr. Danielle DeLuca-Pytell MD to see whether this approach suits your anatomy.
