This is a breast augmentation case for a 40-year-old female patient weighing 120 lbs. Mentor MemoryGel implants were selected for this procedure: round, moderate profile, Classic base, 255cc silicone gel. That size and profile combination is often chosen for patients with a slender frame, where a moderate projection works with the existing chest width rather than overpowering it. The after photo was taken three months post-op, at a point when initial swelling has resolved and the implants have had time to settle into position. You can see the added volume across the upper pole in the three-month image compared to the before photo. Individual results vary.
