This patient, a 40-year-old woman weighing 125 lbs, had an abdominoplasty and bilateral breast reduction performed together as a mommy makeover. The abdominoplasty addressed excess abdominal skin and tissue, with the low horizontal scar visible in the after photo sitting just above the underwear line. The bilateral breast reduction removed breast tissue and repositioned the nipple-areola complex on each side, and you can see the reduction in breast volume along with the healing reduction scars at 24 months post-op. Combining both procedures in a single operative session meant one recovery period rather than two. Shown with the patient's written consent.
