This patient, a 30-year-old woman weighing 150 lbs, had an abdominoplasty and mastopexy performed together in a single surgical session. The abdominoplasty addressed excess abdominal skin and laxity visible in the before photo, including the stretch marks across the lower abdomen. The mastopexy repositioned the nipple-areola complex and reshaped the breast tissue without implants. You can see the low horizontal abdominoplasty scar sitting at the bikini line in the after photo, along with the periareolar scarring consistent with the lift. At 14 months post-op, the abdominal contour is noticeably flatter and the breasts sit higher on the chest wall. The after photo shows the result at full maturity.
