Two procedures were performed together on this 40-year-old patient weighing 130 lbs: a breast implant revision with removal and replacement using Sientra implants, and a mini abdominoplasty. Combining both surgeries in a single operative session meant one recovery period instead of two. The mini abdominoplasty addresses the lower abdominal area, with a low horizontal incision, and is generally suited to patients who have a more limited area of concern below the navel. The after photo is taken at two months post-op, when early healing is still ongoing and the final result continues to develop.
