This is a combined abdominoplasty and liposuction case for a 55-year-old female patient weighing 137 lbs. The abdominoplasty addressed excess abdominal skin and tissue, while liposuction was performed concurrently on the back, hips, and flanks to reduce volume across a wider treatment area. Planning both procedures in a single operative session allowed the abdominal work and the surrounding contouring to be coordinated rather than staged separately.
