Liposuction #43483

This is a breast implant revision case for a 44-year-old patient weighing 133 lbs, shown seven months after surgery. Both implants were removed and replaced, with a bilateral mastopexy performed at the same time to reposition the nipple-areolar complex and address excess skin. A right partial capsulectomy was included to manage scar tissue on that side. An Ovitex internal sling was placed bilaterally to support the implants from within, reducing reliance on the overlying tissue alone. Implants placed are Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile 250 cc implants. Flank liposuction was performed during the same operative session. The after photo shows the breasts sitting higher on the chest wall, with the areolas visibly re-centered. Shown with the patient's written consent.
