Case Notes
This 30-year-old patient's plan called for two separate operations to address tuberous breast correction with the lift and volume she was looking for. The first stage focused on reshaping and lifting: a left breast mastopexy and a right breast reduction with mastopexy brought both sides to a point where implant placement made sense. Once healing from that stage was complete, 375cc Mentor MemoryGel round silicone implants in a moderate plus profile were placed bilaterally in the second operation. Staging the procedures this way let the tissue settle before adding implant volume, which factored into how the overall plan was structured for a patient at 170 lbs. Shown with the patient's written consent.
