Case Notes
This is a breast implant revision case for a 60-year-old patient, shown 36 months after surgery. The existing saline implants were removed and replaced with Mentor Moderate Plus silicone implants: 500cc on the right side and 450cc on the left. Because each side presented differently, the plan addressed them separately. A capsulorrhaphy was performed on the right to tighten the implant pocket, while a sling technique was used on the left to support implant position. That kind of side-specific planning is common in revision work, where the pocket and tissue conditions on one side don't always match the other. The after photo shows the result at the three-year mark. Individual results vary.
