Case Notes
This is a revision breast case for a 50-year-old patient who came in with existing breast implants already in place. Dr. DeLuca-Pytell replaced those implants with Mentor 625cc BOOST high profile highly cohesive gel implants, placed submuscularly through an inframammary incision. An anchor-pattern breast lift was performed at the same time to reposition the nipple-areola complex and address excess skin. An internal bra was also constructed to provide long-term support to the implant pocket. The after photo is taken at three months post-op, at which point the incisions are still maturing. If you're considering a revision that combines implant exchange with a lift, this case gives you a realistic look at what that combination involves.
