The patient, a 37-year-old female weighing 190 lbs, underwent a breast implant removal and replacement procedure. The technique involved bilateral capsulectomy to address capsular contracture. Smooth round saline implants were used, with volumes of 475cc on the right and 400cc on the left. The before-and-after images illustrate the surgical changes, showing adjustments in breast contour and symmetry.
