The patient, a 70-year-old female weighing 190 lbs, underwent bilateral breast implant removal with total capsulectomy. The post-operative images, taken six months after the procedure, reveal the outcomes of the explantation. Observations indicate a reduction in breast volume and a change in contour. The before-and-after photos demonstrate the physical changes achieved through the surgical technique. The skin appears to have adjusted post-removal, with visible differences in breast positioning. This patient no longer desired implants after the right saline implant ruptured. She is happy with her appearance.
