Bilateral breast augmentation in a 40-year-old female patient, weighing 165 lbs. The plan called for Mentor silicone gel implants, 400cc, moderate plus profile. That profile selection adds meaningful forward projection while keeping the implant's width in proportion to the chest wall dimensions specific to this patient. The after photo is taken at two months post-op, and you can see the upper pole has filled out noticeably compared to the before image, with the breast mound sitting higher and rounder on the chest. Swelling at this stage is still resolving, so the final position and feel of the implants will continue to settle over the coming months.
