Breast Augmentation #46255

This case involved bilateral breast augmentation combined with a left breast reduction and lift, performed on a 34-year-old female patient weighing 140 lbs. Because the two sides required different corrections, each breast received a different implant size. The right breast was augmented with a 355cc Motiva Ergonomix Smoothsilk Full silicone gel implant, while the left received a 255cc implant of the same line, paired with the reduction and lift to address the size difference between the two sides. The after photo is taken at seven months post-op, a point at which implants have had time to settle into their final position and incision lines have continued to mature.
