Thirteen months after surgery, you're looking at the settled result of a primary breast augmentation performed on a 30-year-old woman, 120 lbs, who started at an A cup and is now wearing a C. Dr. DeLuca-Pytell placed 300cc round Mentor silicone gel implants submuscularly through an inframammary incision. The moderate-plus profile was selected to work with her frame, and the moderate height keeps the implant footprint in line with her chest width. At this point in recovery, the implants have fully dropped and the tissue has settled around them, which is what you're seeing in the after photo. Results vary from patient to patient.
