The implants selected were 405cc Mentor MemoryGel round silicone gel implants, placed submuscularly through an inframammary incision. The profile chosen was moderate plus XTRA, which sits between a standard moderate plus and a high profile, delivering added projection while keeping the round shape. In the after photo, the breasts sit fuller and higher on the chest wall, with nipple position visible in both photos for reference.
