Two months after surgery, you're looking at the result of a breast augmentation performed on a 30-year-old female patient weighing 120 lbs. Mentor MemoryGel silicone gel implants were used, both round and moderate plus profile. Because the two sides weren't identical going into surgery, the implant sizes were planned differently: 325cc on the right and 300cc on the left. That kind of side-specific sizing is a standard part of planning when measurements differ between breasts. The after photo shows the frontal view at the two-month mark, with the implants still settling into their final position. Results vary from patient to patient.
