The plan called for 375 cc Mentor MemoryGel silicone gel implants, round shape, high profile. That combination of size and projection was selected to add meaningful volume on a lean frame. The after photo shows full, round breast mounds with good upper-pole fill, consistent with what a high-profile implant produces at this stage of healing.
