Case Notes
This is a bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor MemoryGel silicone implants, round shape, high profile, placed in a 30-year-old patient weighing 140 lbs. Because the two sides weren't identical going in, the plan called for different volumes on each side: 550cc on the right and 500cc on the left. That 50cc difference is a common planning decision when the goal is to work with the existing anatomy rather than against it. The after photo shows full upper-pole projection and increased overall volume across both breasts. Implant size selection at this range produces a noticeable increase in fullness, which you can see clearly in the frontal view shown here.
