This procedure is a breast augmentation using Mentor MemoryGel silicone implants, round shape, high profile. The implants were placed in a 30-year-old female patient weighing 150 lbs. Because the two sides weren't identical going in, sizing was split: 450cc on the right and 425cc on the left. That difference in volume is a common planning decision when the goal is to work with the existing anatomy rather than against it. The after photo is taken at 11 months post-op, giving you a reliable look at how the result settles over time. Volume increase is clearly visible in the upper pole on both sides.
