Breast Augmentation with Lift #30010

This 60-year-old patient had existing breast implants and came to Dr. DeLuca-Pytell wanting her implants to sit higher on her chest after weight loss. The plan combined three steps: removal and replacement of the breast implants, and a breast lift with an internal bra for added support. The internal bra provides internal structure that a lift alone doesn't offer. What you're seeing in the after photo is two months post-op, with lift incision scars still in early healing.
