Breast Augmentation with Lift #29782

This is a breast augmentation with mastopexy case performed on a 40-year-old patient. Sientra round silicone gel implants, 250cc moderate plus profile, were placed through inframammary incisions. The mastopexy component repositioned the nipple-areolar complex, and the periareolar scar pattern is visible in the after photo, which was taken at 60 months post-op. At five years out, the incision lines have faded considerably, and the implants sit in a stable position on the chest wall. This longer-term photo gives you a realistic sense of how the scars mature over time, which is something worth seeing before you decide on a combined augmentation and lift procedure.
