This is an upper blepharoplasty case for a 70-year-old female patient. The procedure addresses the upper eyelids by removing excess skin to clear the visual field and open the lid margin. You can see in the after photo, taken at five months post-op, that the upper lids sit noticeably higher and the lid crease is visible and unobstructed. Excess upper lid skin was excised along a planned incision placed within the natural lid fold, which keeps the resulting scar within that crease once healed. At five months out, the incision line has had adequate time to mature and settle. The after photo shows the upper lid contour with the fold clearly defined on both sides.
