Case Notes
Two months after Avéli cellulite treatment, you can see the posterior thighs and buttocks of this 25-year-old patient in the after photo, where the visible dimpling present in the before photo appears markedly reduced across both thighs. Avéli is a minimally invasive, single-session procedure that works by targeting the fibrous septae — the connective tissue bands beneath the skin — that pull the surface downward to create cellulite dimples. A small handheld device is used to identify and release those bands in a controlled, real-time manner during the procedure. The after photo, taken at two months post-treatment, shows the skin surface across the thighs and buttocks with noticeably fewer and shallower dimples. Individual results vary. Shown with the patient's written consent. If you want to know if Aveli is right for you, let us know by contacting us here!
