This is an abdominoplasty case for a 55-year-old woman weighing 126 lbs. The before photo shows significant skin laxity and wrinkling across the entire abdominal wall. Abdominoplasty was performed to remove the excess skin and address the abdominal wall. At 15 months post-op, the after photo shows a flat abdominal contour with a low horizontal scar sitting at the bikini line. The navel has been repositioned and appears well-healed. Residual scar maturation is visible, which is expected at this stage and continues to fade over time.
