Seven months after a 360 abdominoplasty, you're looking at what circumferential skin removal accomplished for a 70-year-old patient weighing 140 lbs. The before photo shows a large pannus with extensive redundant skin covering the full anterior trunk. The 360 approach was chosen because it addresses the abdomen and flanks together in a single procedure, rather than the front of the torso alone. In the after photo, that overhanging skin is gone, the trunk sits flat front to back, and a low horizontal scar is visible across the lower abdomen, well-healed at this point in recovery.
