Case Notes
Four months out from a combined abdominoplasty and mastopexy, you're seeing a 40-year-old patient's result while healing is still actively underway. Both procedures were completed in a single operative session. The mastopexy repositioned the nipple-areola complex and reshaped the breast tissue; in the after photo, you can see the periareolar and vertical incision lines still maturing. The abdominoplasty addressed the abdominal wall and removed excess skin, with the low horizontal scar visible across the lower abdomen. Scars at four months are in an active remodeling phase and will continue to fade beyond what you're seeing here. Shown with the patient's written consent.
